    1. Instant Pot was supposed to be delivered today. FedEx shows it was delivered. It’s not here. Amazon first tier support was worthless. Second-tier support, on the other hand, was amazing. They did things I did not know Amazon let their staff do. Nicer Instant Pot arriving Thursday

    When I asked why they had made this exception for me, they told me that I had been their customer for 20 years and it wasn’t that big a deal. Now, I feel old. But, I also feel totally satisfied with my customer service experience. And, heck, I’m tweeting about it.
