    @hondanhon Oh yeah. That's just stupid. FWIW, conventional wisdom is that your BOM should be no more than 33% of retail. Ideally 25% or less.

      @hondanhon And that's just covering costs on the _unit_ economics. Not amortizing R&D. (Of course, for direct sales, you have wiggle room)
