  1. I recently stayed at a hotel. They sent me their standard after-stay survey asking for an NPS. I rated them a 3, mostly because the property is kind of run-down. I then filled in more detailed feedback about what needs fixing.

      At the end of the survey, even with the low NPS, they *still* tried to get me to fill in a TripAdvisor review.
