          1. I logged into my doctor’s website. They asked me to confirm my COVID vaccinations. That’s probably a good thing, because they’ve mistakenly recorded that I got an extra two J&J shots, two Pfizer shots, and an extra Moderna. Get vaccinated. Get boosted. But don’t get 8 shots.

        (Those doses had no basis in reality) As I'm removing the phantom doses, it's letting me manually add additional vaccinations.

    Thankfully, they seem to do mostly the right thing and won't immediately sign a SMART HEALTH QR code with patient-entered data.
