@djbaskin More seriously though, I drew a rectangle in Fusion 360, rounded the corners, extruded it, hollowed out the middle and let the cnc cut away lots of wood chips. I used 1/4” dowels to make a basic flip jig when milling the reverse side.Permalink On twitter.com
