    @_inundata @BWJones in 1999, a friend at Amazon told me a story about a thank you note they got from someone in rural Ireland. They had ordered a book from amazon.com in the US and it arrived 24 hours later. This was so weird that Amazon traced it back.

      @_inundata @BWJones The order was filled instantly upon placement. It was the last package on the truck. it was the first package off the truck and the last package on the plane. It was the first package off the plane. It was the last package onto the truck. And so on.
