@lithohedron @SwiftOnSecurity I always made it a point to work Helpdesk during Thesis Week. The worst I ever ran into was a poor kid who hadn't slept in four days, got cigarette ash on the disk containing the only copy of their thesis and RAN IT THROUGH THE DISHWASHER. We actually recovered most of it.
