      1. Welp. The neighbors just told us they’re selling the house and moving to Santa Fe. Now that they’re WFH full time, there’s no point to the Bay Area for them.

      There is of, course, a whole lot of nuance to a decision like this. But twitter is optimized for hot takes and insufficient context.

    It does not help that the public elementary school we’re zoned for is rated 1/10 by greatschools.
