Now that it’s been a week since I sent my machine away, I asked @Lenovo support what’s the longest I can expect to be without my laptop. In response, they told me they didn’t want to give me any “false hope”

As of this morning, no response to when I might hear back about the expedite request. Repair status website says laptop has not been touched yet. FedEx, on the other hand, says Lenovo sent me a box that will arrive tomorrow. The box is too heavy. I wonder what they sent me.

I asked Lenovo support what was up. They asked if I could give them the tracking number.

Ohhhh. I bet they just filled in pounds but marked them as kilograms.
