PSA: @LenovoSupport is (reasonably) not doing residential on-site repairs right now. They're shunting all those repairs to depots without mentioning that depot repairs are currently running 2-3.5 weeks. @LenovoSupport - you asked me to DM you yesterday. I did. You never replied.On twitter.com
