    1. Went to the @Apple Store to pick up @quince‘s Macbook after a 10 day AppleCare repair & 48 hour burn-in test. The battery was dead and the USB-C charging port is still broken. Deeply unimpressed.

    They tried to repair it in store. It did not work. So off it went for a third attempt at a repair on Monday. I’ve left multiple voicemails and emails for our @Apple customer relations agent. Who just summarily closed our case because she “hadn’t heard from” me.
