    @starsandrobots I was trying to say, somewhat cynically, that perhaps the off-putting feeling diversity recruiting programs might be more trying to appear virtuous to shareholders than real improvement.

      @starsandrobots Of course, another answer is that I have rarely run across any corporate recruiting initiative that didn’t feel off-putting.
