  1. Placed an order with @Grubhub an hour ago. It was ready for them to pick up 40 minutes ago. They haven’t allocated a driver, aren’t answering DMs, and 10 minutes into a hold to talk to a human, they just told me it’ll be at least 10 more minutes.
