    @rasmus Anecdata: Playing with DO, the first droplet I set up (running Ubuntu) had perf similar to your 'good' performance. Killing it and bringing up a Debian droplet, I've now gotten multiple "slow" droplets in a row. real 22m26.636s on a PHP build with your recipe.
